Where a judge rejected a claim for uninsured motorist benefits and underinsured motorist benefits filed by the estate of a decedent who was killed in a single-car accident, the judge’s decision should be upheld because the car was insured and estate received settlements for “bodily injury” that were greater than the subject policy’s limit of UIM coverage.
